Service Description
This program helps dogs regain focus, confidence, and calm in challenging situations. Through private sessions and structured strategies, dogs learn to respond calmly to distractions while owners gain the tools and confidence to manage reactivity, making walks and everyday life more enjoyable for both of you.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to another client. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the loss of that session (it will not be refunded or credited). If there’s an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to TheNeutralDogMD@gmail.com or text 215-589-2468. I always do my best to be understanding and flexible when I can.
